How does this work?

Step 1: The Discovery Call (Free!)
  • We hop on a free 30-minute Zoom call to chat it out.

  • You’ll fill out a short questionnaire ahead of time to highlight how ADHD is showing up in your life.

  • This is your chance to see if coaching is the right move and if we are the right fit. Zero pressure, just real talk.

Step 2: The Coaching Intake Call (Also Free!)
  • If you're feeling the vibe, you’ll get a simple digital contract
    (don’t worry - it’s not scary).

  • We’ll go over what coaching is and isn’t. Spoiler:

    • Coaching = future-focused, action-oriented, strengths-based.

    • Therapy = past-focused, emotional healing, clinical.

  • ADHD coaching helps you move forward. Therapy helps you heal backward. Both are amazing - just different tools for different goals.

Step 3: Your Sessions Begin ($150 per session)
  • Sessions are 50 minutes on Zoom.

You’re always in control of how many sessions you book. That said, 3–6 sessions is often a helpful place to start - it allows time to explore patterns, try new strategies, and adjust what’s working (or not).

  • You bring the topic, and we’ll work through it together - routines, focus, time management, overwhelm, or whatever feels most present. There’s no set agenda and no pressure to “do it right.”

  • This is your space to unpack, experiment, and build support that actually fits.

You ready??? Let’s do this -
clarity, calm, and confidence are closer than you think.

***Insurance & Payment Notes***
Traditional health insurance in the U.S. typically does not cover coaching, as it’s considered a wellness service rather than medical treatment. However, many clients are able to use FSA or HSA funds for ADHD-specific coaching. Coverage varies by plan, so it’s best to check with your benefits administrator. In some cases, a Letter of Medical Necessity from a physician may be required.

What we do in coaching

  • Identify where ADHD is tripping you up

  • Create tools and systems that actually work with your brain (because not every tool works well for every person)

  • Build confidence, motivation, and self-trust

  • Talk honestly — no shame, no fluff

  • Laugh, learn, and keep it real (because ADHD coaching can actually be fun)
