Hi - I'm Megan.
With a background as a business owner and a professional organizer (10 years) and also a luxury handbag designer (15 years), I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most creative, beautiful, and visionary minds. Over time, I noticed a common thread: many of these brilliant individuals were also navigating life with ADHD.
Despite their talent and innovation, they often struggled with idea overload, executive function, clutter, and follow-through on their ideas. I saw firsthand how ADHD could both fuel their creativity but also create real challenges in daily life.
That client and coworker insight led me to become an ADHD coach—kind of like a creative chaos whisperer. My mission? To help you calm the clutter, streamline the idea jam, and both kickstart AND follow through on the amazing things you dream up.
Together, we’ll turn overwhelm into flow, and figure out how to make your brilliant brain work for you in the best possible way.
My Story
My journey into understanding ADHD began with having two immediate family members diagnosed with the disorder. I wanted to help my family navigate the challenges they encountered with ADHD. Their experiences sparked my passion for understanding the disorder and finding positive ways to support them. With creativity and curiosity as my guiding VIA strengths, I strive to make coaching a joyful adventure into self discovery.
